PT Online Plus (PTO plus) (online training + free access to the app with the exercises + regular follow-up) training plan according to your needs access to the app with exercises included in the price. 1000 SEK/month without a binding period. Cancellation at least 1 week before the next payment/month. Payment by invoice or Swish book via email (write in the message PTO Plus)
